Are your products authentic?

Yes. Every product sold by Yuli Skin is sourced from official Australian distributors of each Korean brand — Makeup2Beauty. We do not source from grey-market importers. Authenticity is guaranteed.

Are your products TGA compliant?

Yes. All SPF products in our range are listed with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) before being offered for sale in Australia. All non-SPF products are registered with AICIS (Australian Industrial Chemicals Introduction Scheme).

Where are your products made?

All products are made in South Korea by their respective brand manufacturers. Yuli Skin is an Australian importer, distributor and retailer — we curate and bring these products to Australia.

How do you store your products?

All products are stored at our climate-controlled Sydney warehouse at 15–25°C. Our Biodance Bio-Collagen Mask is stored at 2–8°C in a dedicated refrigerated bay. We use FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation and batch code tracking on every SKU.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping: 3–5 business days Australia-wide. Express shipping: 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12pm AEST are dispatched same day.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $75 AUD.

What is Subscribe & Save?

Subscribe to any product and save 15% on first 3 months of delivery. Choose your delivery frequency (every 30, 60 or 90 days). Skip, pause or cancel anytime — no questions asked.

Can I return a product?

Yes. We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of purchase. If you're not satisfied with your first order, contact us at hello@yuliskin.com.au and we'll make it right.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. Every brand in the Yuli Skin range is cruelty-free. No animal testing at any stage of production.

Do your products contain fragrance?

Most products in our range are fragrance-free. Any product containing fragrance will have it clearly listed in the ingredient list on the product page.

How do I know which products are right for my skin?

We recommend choosing products based on your skin type and concerns. You can browse our collections based on common concerns such as hydration, brightening, acne-prone skin, anti-aging, sensitive skin, and sun protection.
