Delivery within Australia

Yuli Skin ships to all Australian states and territories. We partner with Australia's trusted courier network to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Shipping options

Standard Delivery
•    Delivery timeframe: 2–5 business days (from dispatch)
•    Shipping cost: $8.99 AUD
•    Free shipping on orders over $75 AUD
 

Express Delivery
•    Delivery timeframe: 1–2 business days (from dispatch)
•    Shipping cost: $13.99 AUD
•    Available for metro areas; regional availability varies

Order dispatch

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM AEDT).

 

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Important delivery notes

Temperature-sensitive items

Some products (e.g., Biodance Bio-Collagen Mask) require temperature control during transit. We use insulated packaging and cold gel packs to maintain the required temperature range (2–8°C). Please refrigerate upon receipt and follow product storage instructions.

 

Signature and insurance

Standard delivery does not require a signature. If you require signature confirmation, please contact us at hello@yuliskin.com.au to discuss options.

 

Tracking your order

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel in real time using this number.

What if my parcel doesn't arrive?

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe:

•    First, check your tracking details — your parcel may be delayed due to courier factors
•    Contact us at hello@yuliskin.com.au with your order number and tracking code
•    We will investigate with the courier and provide an update within 2 business days
•    If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at your preference

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

 

•    Do not discard the original packaging or packing materials
•    Take clear photos of the damaged parcel, packaging, and product
•    Contact us within 48 hours at hello@yuliskin.com.au with photos and your order details
•    We will assess the claim and send a replacement or arrange a refund

International shipping

Yuli Skin currently ships to Australia only. We are exploring international delivery options for the future. For inquiries about shipping to other countries, please contact us at hello@yuliskin.com.au

Remote and rural delivery

Orders to remote and rural areas may take longer to deliver (up to 7–10 business days). Some areas may have limited express options. If you're in a remote location, please contact us before placing your order to confirm delivery availability.
