When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. All orders are subject to acceptance by Yuli Skin. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

•  Your order does not meet our minimum requirements or appears to be fraudulent

4.2 Order Confirmation
An order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your goods and send a shipping confirmation. The contract between you and Yuli Skin is formed at the point of dispatch.

 

4.3 Cancellations
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us immediately at hello@yuliskin.com.au. We will make every effort to action your request but cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is in processing.

5. Pricing & Payment

5.1 Pricing
All prices on our website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is placed and confirmed.

 

5.2 Pricing Errors
We take reasonable care to ensure pricing on our website is accurate. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system fault, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you accordingly. You will not be charged, or a full refund will be issued if payment has already been processed.

We accept the following payment methods, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay, Shop Pay. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your credit card or payment details.

Your payment must be authorised and cleared before we dispatch your order. We are under no obligation to ship goods until full payment has been received and confirmed.

•  Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75 AUD
•  Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed
•  Yuli Skin is not liable for delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control
•  Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon dispatch

 

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly so we can assist in lodging an investigation with the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

In summary:
•  We accept returns for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law
•  Change-of-mind returns are accepted on sealed, unopened products within [INSERT TIMEFRAME] days of delivery, with store credit issued and return shipping at the customer’s cost
•  Opened or used products cannot be returned for change of mind
•  Products must be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase
