Returns & Refunds

Eligibility for returns

Title

We accept returns in the following circumstances only:

  • The product arrives damaged or broken in transit
  • The product is faulty or defective
  • The product does not match its description on our website
  • The wrong item was sent to you
  • The product is sealed and unopened, and you have changed your mind (store credit only — see below)

All claims must be supported by proof of purchase. We require your original order confirmation or order number to process any return or remedy request.

 

Yuli Skin reserves the right to assess and verify all claims before approving a remedy. We may request additional information, including photographs of the product and packaging, prior to making a determination.

Opened and used products

Title

For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any skincare product that has been opened or used. This applies regardless of the reason for return, with the exception of products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Products containing SPF (sun protection factor) are classified as therapeutic goods in Australia and are non-returnable once the seal has been broken, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Change of mind — sealed and unopened products

Title

If you change your mind after placing an order, we will accept a return of sealed and unopened products subject to the following conditions:
–    The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging with the seal intact
–    You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
–    Return shipping is at your cost and risk — we recommend using a tracked service
–    Store credit will be issued for the product value, excluding original shipping charges
–    Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future Yuli Skin purchase

 

Change of mind returns are not available on SPF products, promotional items, or any item marked as final sale.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Title

Our policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to:
–    A replacement of the same product
–    A full refund

The choice of remedy is yours. We will honour whichever option you prefer.

How to make a claim

Title

To initiate a return or report a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at hello@yulikin.com.au with the following:
–    Your order number or proof of purchase
–    A description of the issue
–    Clear photographs of the product and its packaging

 

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 business days. We will notify you of the outcome of your claim once it has been assessed. No return should be shipped to us without prior written approval.

Return shipping — faulty or damaged items

Title

Where a return is required to assess a fault or damage claim, Yuli Skin will cover the cost of return postage. We will provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon receipt and approval of the claim.

Refund processing

Title

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the claim being approved. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
