Where we ship

Title

We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia, including regional and remote areas. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping rates

Title

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard shipping — $[] flat rate for orders under $100
  • Free standard shipping — on all orders $50 and over
  • Express shipping — $[] (available at checkout)

Processing and delivery times

Title

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times within Australia are:

  • Standard shipping — 2–5 business days
  • Express shipping — 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Order tracking

Title

All orders are dispatched with tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.

 

If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@yulikin.com.au.

Delivery address

Title

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Yuli Skin is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@yulikin.com.au. We will do our best to amend the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been fulfilled.

Lost or delayed orders

Title

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If the tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, or if there has been no movement on your tracking for an extended period, please contact us and we will lodge an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

 

Yuli Skin is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control. However, we will work with you to resolve any issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged in transit

Title

If your order arrives damaged, please do not discard the packaging. Contact us at hello@yulikin.com.au within a reasonable time of receiving your order with photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess your claim and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

PO boxes and parcel lockers

Title

We are able to ship to PO boxes and parcel lockers via standard shipping. Express shipping may not be available to all PO box addresses depending on carrier limitations. If express shipping is unavailable for your address, standard shipping will be applied automatically.
